| Ms. Junny obtained her undergraduate and
postgraduate
degree from the International Islamic University and has particularly
excelled in field of Banking and General litigation. Junny further
leads the Company Secretarial Department for the firm and services
major government linked companies in this regard. In her recent years
of practice Junny has successfully litigated matters which were
reported in the Law Journals and had set new precedents in the Law of
Islamic banking. She has gained the firm's trust to handle the
operation of the firm's branch in Petaling Jaya effective 20th June
2005. |
| Mr. Wan graduated from International
Islamic University Malaysia in 2007. After completed his pupilage, he
joined the firm on July 2008 as litigation lawyer. He is currently
handling civil litigation matters for the firm under Miss Noraiha as
the Head of the Litigation Department and sometimes he also does assist
Encik Badri in Syariah/Syarie matters. |
| Ms. Sarifah Khalwa Binti Yahya has
graduated
in 2003 and obtained her degree in law, LLB (Hons) from the
International Islamic University Malaysia with Second Upper Class. She
started her practice with Messrs Shook Lin & Bok as a corporate
lawyer handling cases involving multinational companies and
banks. Thereafter, she continues practicing with Messrs
Othman
Hashim & Co as a corporate and conveyancing lawyers with an
extensive experience in property matters. Miss Sarifah has
joined
the Firm on 1st April 2008 as a conveyancing lawyer and now reporting
to the Head of the Conveyancing Department, Miss Noraida Binti Hassan. |
| Born in Kuala Lumpur, Ms Reen
graduated with 2nd Upper Class
LL.B (Hons) Degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She was
called to the BAR in 2008 after completing her pupilage at one of the
reputable firm in Kuala Lumpur. Miss Reen is currently practising Law
in the Corporate & Commercial Department of the firm. In
addition
to the foregoing, she is also actively involved in Corporate Litigation
matters. She is presently entrusted to assist the running and
development of the firm's branch in Petaling Jaya |
