The Firm has existing professional indemnity coverage up to the limit of RM5 million and intends to increase the coverage in due course.


Area of Practice

In brief, Ram Reza & Muhammad (or “RRM”) has four (4) departments consisting of Litigation, Corporate/Commercial, Conveyancing/Banking and Syariah departments. Thus, RRM’s area of practice would fall under the usual scope of work normally carried out by such departments. As not to run foul of the publicity rules, this website is not at liberty to divulge specific details of the cases handled by the firm. However, in general, the firm’s area of practice can be said to include the drafting of Share Purchase Agreement involving disposal of entire holdings in the company listed on KLSE, preparing collaborative agreement between cellular service provider and various other parties for the supply, testing and commissioning of certain hardware and software platforms, Corporate Banking in respect of Performance Bond, Design Guarantee, Overdraft and Multi-Option Line (MOL) comprising Letter of Credit (LC), Short Term Advance (STA), Letter of Guarantee (LG), handling (Building Contract) Design, Build, Equipping, Commissioning and Maintenance Subcontract Agreement, Litigation for Reduction of Capital under Section 64 Companies Act 1965, Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights, Preparing broadcasting agreement involving a television station, Preparing recording agreement, Preparing service level agreement.
