Encik Hisham holds a L.L.B (Hons) degree from Sheffield, England and a L.L.M with Merit (Masters in Law Corporate and Commercial Law) degree from the prestigious University College London (UCL), London, England. He is a barrister at law of the Honorable Society of Gray's Inn, London, England and was called to the same bar in 1995.

Hisham who is the Managing Partner of the Firm primarily handles Corporate matters for the Firm particularly in cross border acquisitions, agreements and transactions for the Corporate/Commercial, Intellectual Property, Information & Communication Technology and Plantations industry. Encik Hisham innovation has led to the creation of various legal instruments which is turn had led to the solving of intricate matters for leading corporate institutions.

Encik Hisham has vast professional experience in handling, among other things, Corporate & Commercial Litigation, which includes Banking, Security Industries, Security Enforcement, Factoring Financing, Building Contract, Insolvency/Bankruptcy and Hire-Purchase/Leasing. He is also experienced in appeals to the appellate Courts.

Encik Badri was called to the Malaysia Bar in 1997. He joined the Firm on 1 June, 2002 as a Syariah Lawyer and in recognition to his majestic performance in Syariah/Syarie matters, the firm promoted Encik Badri to become a partner in charge primarily on Syariah matters.

It has been our pride that Encik Badri can now render his expertise in the Islamic Banking and other Islamic Negotiable Instrument to our clients apart from the other conventional syariah family matters.

Miss Noraiha graduated with L.L.B (Hons) from University of Malaya and was called to the Malaysian Bar after completing her successful pupilage in April, 2000.

Miss Raiha, as her colleague fondly addresses her to, leads the Litigation Department and is in charge primarily on Banking Litigation. She is entirely at ease with Foreclosure and Bankruptcy matters and has contributed hugely to the success of the Litigation Department. Raiha has no demur arguing intricate issues of laws in open court and is highly regarded by her contemporaries. Miss Raiha's dedication to the Client's cause had been recognized by the firm when she was made a partner on July, 2002

Miss Noraida Bt. Hassan ia a local Kuala Lumpur lass and graduated with an upper second class L.L.B (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia). She was called to the Malaysian Bar in March, 2001. She is currently heading the Conveyancing department of the Firm. In addition to the usual conveyancing matters, the other areas of practice where she thrives is in Islamic Financing. Miss Aida's vision and analytical approach has led to the expansion of the Conveyancing and Corporate Loans department and is now a mainstay of the firm. Miss Aida was elevated as a partner on 1st January, 2004.

Encik Danish graduated with L.L.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, England and was called to the Malaysian bar in 2002. He is a barrister at law of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London, England and was called to the same bar in 2000.

Danish primarily handles diverse litigious matters for the firm, which includes construction disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, industrial and employment disputes and banking matters. Danish further handles a range of corporate portfolios within the oil and gas industry and government linked companies. Despite his responsibilities Danish handles a limited number of pro bono matters and spends time in charity work as part of his contribution the society. He brings with him the confidence of a man who knows his trade and is highly dependable in delivering quality work for the clients.

Mr. Wong Kee Hoi graduated with L.L.B (Hons) from University of Wolver Hampton, England and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1998. He is a barrister at law of the Honorable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London, England and was called to the same bar in 1997.

Notwithstanding Mr. Wong's exposure in general practice, he is at ease with corporate matters. He is familiar with restructuring application involving reduction of capitals, website agreement and other intricate transactions.
