 Encik Hisham holds a L.L.B (Hons) degree from Sheffield, England and a L.L.M with Merit  (Masters in Law Corporate and Commercial Law) degree from the prestigious University College  London (UCL), London, England. He is a barrister at law of the Honorable Society of Gray’s Inn,  London, England and was called to the same bar in 1995.

 Hisham who is the Managing Partner of the Firm primarily handles Corporate matters for the  Firm particularly in cross border acquisitions, agreements and transactions for the  Corporate/Commercial, Intellectual Property, Information & Communication Technology and  Plantations industry. Encik Hisham innovation has led to the creation of various legal  instruments which is turn had led to the solving of intricate matters for leading corporate  institutions.

 Encik Hisham has vast professional experience in handling, among other things, Corporate &  Commercial Litigation, which includes Banking, Security Industries, Security Enforcement,  Factoring Financing, Building Contract, Insolvency/Bankruptcy and Hire-Purchase/Leasing. He  is also experienced in appeals to the appellate Courts.

 Ahmad Badri Bin Haji Idris

 Encik Badri was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997. He joined Ram, Reza & Muhammad on the  1st of June, 2002 as a Syariah Lawyer. In recognition of his vast knowledge and expertise in the  area of Syariah, Encik Badri was made a partner on 31st July,2002 handling mainly Syariah’s  matters.

 Besides the fact that En Badri has successfully rendered his services in various complex Islamic  Banking and Islamic Negotiable Instrument transactions, he is also very well versed in the areas  of conventional Syariah family matters.

Noraiha Bt. Norasid

 Miss Noraiha graduated with an L.L.B (Hons) from the prestigious University of Malaya and was  called to the Malaysian Bar in April, 2000.

 Miss Raiha, as her colleague fondly addresses her, is also leading the firm’s Litigation Department  focusing primarily on Bank Litigation matters. She has a large number of Foreclosure and  Bankruptcy matters under her portfolio and has since impressively driven the Litigation  Department into greater heights. Miss Raiha has no reservations arguing intricate issues of laws  in open courts which have left her with a remarkable reputation among her contemporaries. Her  sheer dedication was well recognized and she was made a partner on July, 2002.

 Noraida Bt. Hassan

 Ms Noraida or fondly known as Miss Aida, graduated with an impressive upper second class  L.L.B (Hons) from the National University of Malaysia (previously known as Universiti  Kebangsaan Malaysia).

 She was called to the Malaysian Bar in March, 2001. Miss Aida is currently heading the firm’s  Conveyancing Department handling all kinds of conveyancing matters including Islamic  Financing. Her extraordinary drive to succeed, exceptional legal skills and natural charm were  very well received by everybody who worked with her especially her happy clients. Miss Aida  easily made partnership on the 1st of January, 2004. She is currently in the midst of setting the  firm’s representative office in the middle-east

Muhammad Danish Manoharan

 Mr Danish graduated with L.L.B (Hons) from the University of Sheffield, England and was called  to the English bar in year 2000. He is a member of the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn,  London and was subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar in 2002.

 Mr Danish primarily handles diverse litigation matters which include construction disputes,  corporate and commercial litigation, industrial and employment disputes and banking matters.  Danish also manages a range of corporate portfolios within the oil and gas industry and  government linked companies and some pro bono matters. Despite all these responsibilities, he  often finds the time to do various charity works as part of his contribution the society. Mr Danish  is undoubtedly a man who knows his trade and is highly dependable by the firm in delivering  quality work for the clients.

 Junny Erfisyahry Bt. Chairul Anwar

 Ms Junny obtained her undergraduate and postgraduate law degrees from the International  Islamic University and has particularly excelled in the field of Banking and General Litigation.  Ms Junny heads Ram,Reza & Muhammad’s Company Secretarial Department and serve many  major government linked companies in this area of expertise.  While representing the firm, Ms  Junny has impressively lead several litigation cases which were reported in the Malaysian Law  Journals. She has also been known to have set some new law precedents that falls under the  purview of Malaysia Islamic Banking Law.  Ms Junny’s talents gained the firm’s trust and she  was made a partner to head the operations of Ram, Reza & Muhammad, Petaling Jaya Branch,  with effect from December, 2008.

Ismail Bin Mohamed Arifin

 Encik Ismail holds an LL.B Hons Degree and a Diploma of Syariah from the International  Islamic University.

 He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997. With such strong passion of becoming Malaysia’s  renowned litigator, En Ismail have exposed himself to all kinds of complex litigation proceedings.  His involvements in many legal proceedings of public listed companies have provided him with  the invaluable knowledge and experience needed to be a respectable litigator. His meticulousness,  strong analytical skills and sharp legal acumen have won him great respect and confidence from  his clients. En Ismail is currently focusing on Construction Dispute matters while pursuing a  Certificate in the 15th Entry Level Course to qualify him as an Arbitrator. Upon his completion,  En Ismail will gain access to unlimited possibilities of solving construction disputes as an  Arbitrator.
